The Ord Mantell Evacuation Site is the physical location associated with the 3630 BBY humanitarian crisis that escalated into a hostage emergency and failed civilian evacuation. Jedi Master Jasmin Dawnseer and multiple civilians died during the crisis, while Amara Noxstar and Kleya Noxstar survived.

The emergency ended, but the site remains important because surviving physical evidence, archival records, and witness accounts do not produce one uncontested history. Later investigators have returned to the location through The Ord Mantell Reconstruction, comparing what remains on the ground with communications, evacuation records, testimony, humanitarian documentation, and material preserved elsewhere.

The evacuation site exists within the wider inhabited landscape of Ord Mantell, a Republic-aligned world whose communities, transportation routes, military infrastructure, freight activity, and older conflict zones have repeatedly existed in close proximity.
