What to Include
What to Include
Describe your request and the material it concerns. Include the relevant page link, where available, and explain the outcome you are seeking.
New or revised character dossier — Name the character and identify what you are submitting or changing. Consult Character Dossier Guidelines and use the Blank Character Dossier as a starting framework.
Archive contribution — Explain the subject, its connections to existing records, and any credits or permissions relevant to publication.
Page correction or addition — Identify the passage concerned, describe the proposed revision, and provide useful supporting references.
Lore or continuity question — Identify the subjects involved and explain any conflicting information.
Privacy or removal concern — Identify the affected material and the change you want considered. Avoid repeating sensitive details unnecessarily.
Rights or attribution concern — Identify the work, explain the issue, and provide a suitable reply method.
Technical or administrative problem — Identify the affected page or feature and describe what went wrong.
Share only the personal information necessary to handle your request. Do not send passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, home addresses, or other unnecessary sensitive details. Children under 13 should not provide personal information.
Private administrative correspondence is not automatically material for publication. Include another player’s identifying information in a public contribution only when they understand and agree to its publication. The Privacy Policy explains how supplied information is handled.
Submit writing, images, and other material only when you have the rights or permission needed for the proposed use. Contributions involving another player’s character should reflect established roleplay or agreement with that participant.

Contributions are considered for publication; acceptance is not guaranteed. Editorial changes may address clarity, organization, accessibility, continuity, attribution, and related requirements. Significant changes to a character’s identity, history, actions, motivations, or relationships should normally be coordinated with the relevant contributor where reasonably practical.
StarForgeRP may use the contact information you provide to ask for clarification. The Terms of Use explain publication permissions, editorial decisions, and requests to correct or remove contributed material.
