Use this page to contact StarForgeRP about character dossier submissions and updates, other archive contributions, existing archive content, continuity questions, corrections, privacy requests, rights or attribution concerns, technical problems, or other administrative matters.
If you are new to StarForgeRP and are looking for help creating a character, finding roleplay, or understanding how the archive works, begin with Getting Started. For guidance specifically about developing and adding a character, see Create Character.
StarForgeRP supports and preserves collaborative roleplay rather than replacing communication through Discord, Star Wars: The Old Republic, or another format agreed upon by the participants. Routine roleplay planning, scheduling, and in-character communication should generally continue through the channels used by the players involved.
Provide enough information for StarForgeRP to understand your request and identify any material involved. When your request concerns an existing character dossier, archive page, contribution, correction, update, removal, attribution issue, rights concern, or other specific material, include the relevant StarForgeRP page URL whenever possible.
New character dossier — Make sure the character is played on SWTOR’s Star Forge server, review the Character Dossier Guidelines, and prepare the character using the Blank Character Dossier.
Existing character or archive material — Include the relevant page URL and clearly describe the correction, update, addition, or other change you would like reviewed.
Privacy, removal, attribution, or rights concern — Identify the material involved, explain the concern clearly, and provide enough information for StarForgeRP to locate and review it.
Technical or administrative issue — Describe what happened, where it occurred, and any page or feature involved.
Only provide information reasonably necessary for your request. Do not submit passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, home addresses, or similarly sensitive real-world information.
Information provided privately for a question, correction, rights concern, or administrative request is not automatically treated as material intended for publication. Material specifically submitted for inclusion in the StarForgeRP archive may become publicly accessible if accepted. Only provide player-facing information, such as a public handle, attribution name, availability, or preferred contact method, when you intend for that information to be associated publicly with the relevant archive entry.
When submitting writing, artwork, images, screenshots, or other contributed material, provide only material that you created, have permission to provide, or are otherwise entitled to submit. Collaborative material involving another player's character or contributions should accurately reflect established roleplay or appropriate coordination with the participants involved.
For more information about personal information and public archive material, see the Privacy Policy. Submission, publication, editorial handling, corrections, removal requests, and contributor rights are addressed more fully in the Terms of Use.
When the contact form is available, select the reason that best describes your request and provide the information requested for that type of submission.
For archive contributions, provide enough information for StarForgeRP to understand what you are submitting, who should be credited where applicable, and where the material belongs within the archive. For requests involving existing material, include the relevant page URL and clearly explain what you would like reviewed or changed.
Submitting material does not guarantee that it will be published. Archive contributions may be reviewed for continuity, accuracy, organization, formatting, readability, attribution, permissions, and compatibility with the purpose of StarForgeRP.
StarForgeRP may make reasonable editorial changes to accepted contributions so that they remain clear and consistent with the rest of the archive. When a proposed change would materially alter the intended identity, history, relationships, motivations, or established actions of a player-created character, coordination with the relevant contributor should normally occur where practical.
Characters and other community contributions may continue to develop after publication. Contributors may request corrections or updates as characters, relationships, stories, organizations, locations, and the shared continuity change. Requests involving removal of contributed material or player information are handled according to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as applicable.
If additional information or clarification is needed, StarForgeRP may use the contact information supplied with the request to follow up.
