Tython Jedi Enclave

The Tython Jedi Enclave is a survivor-founded Jedi community operating from restored facilities on Tython. It provides a persistent institutional home for training, humanitarian service, archival preservation, historical reconstruction, protected custodial work, and supervised assignments undertaken as part of the wider recovery of the Jedi Order.

The enclave belongs to a different institutional landscape from the Tython-centered Order that existed during the opening years of SWTOR. Its Jedi possess meaningful local structures for teaching, discipline, mission preparation, archival governance, and review, but the enclave is not treated as the headquarters of every surviving Jedi or as proof that the earlier centralized Order has been restored.

The enclave exists first as a functioning Jedi community. Residents train, teach, meditate, study, prepare for assignments, maintain equipment, review earlier missions, receive visitors, preserve records, and return from field service to an institution capable of supporting what comes afterward.

Humanitarian work is especially visible within the enclave's established continuity. Relief preparation, evacuation planning, civilian-protection training, survivor documentation, historical records, and the practical lessons left by earlier crises all connect service in the field with the teaching and accountability that follow it.

Archival work forms another important part of enclave life without turning the entire location into an investigative headquarters. Jedi history, recovered material, mission records, provenance research, and protected evidence may be studied there when authorization permits. Some records concern ordinary institutional history. Others are restricted because they involve surviving witnesses, contested evidence, outside custodians, or continuing investigations.

The enclave occupies several restored or adapted facilities rather than requiring every activity to occur within one enormous central building. The following spaces describe the functions most relevant to recurring roleplay without establishing an exhaustive floor plan.

The enclave is an active Jedi institution rather than a public attraction or private household. Jedi affiliation can provide a legitimate reason to enter many ordinary areas, while visitors may arrive for instruction, humanitarian coordination, consultation, authorized research, technical work, deliveries, institutional business, or a meeting with a particular resident.

Access nevertheless remains purpose-dependent. Permission to enter the enclave does not provide unrestricted access to its archives, protected witnesses, private quarters, reviews, communications, or evidence systems. A Padawan assigned to assist with one record comparison does not thereby receive access to an entire investigation, and a visiting Republic representative does not acquire authority over internal Jedi matters simply by cooperating with the enclave.

Jedi rank likewise has limits. Senior residents may possess substantial teaching, mission, or institutional responsibility while still being restricted from records concerning their own conduct or from material controlled by another lawful custodian. Specialists and custodians may possess authority over particular evidence or systems without governing the enclave as a whole.

Tython has served several different roles in Jedi history. After the Sacking of Coruscant destroyed the Order's Temple there, the Jedi established a new principal sanctuary on Tython and trained a new generation among the ancient world's ruins. That comparatively centralized institution did not survive every crisis that followed.

The rise of the Eternal Empire inflicted severe losses upon the Jedi and scattered surviving members across the galaxy. Later communities and reconstruction efforts, including the hidden Jedi colony on Ossus and Republic-backed Task Force Nova, formed part of a wider attempt to preserve and rebuild an Order whose members no longer shared one uninterrupted institutional experience.

StarForgeRP continuity establishes the present Tython enclave within that reconstruction-era landscape. It is survivor-founded, operates from restored facilities, and participates in the wider recovery of the Order while retaining local responsibility for its own training, archives, mission authorization, discipline, custodial work, and review.

Its exact founding date, complete founding membership, and relationship to every surviving structure of the earlier Tython Temple are not presently established. The enclave should therefore be understood through what the continuity does establish: a small, active Jedi community has returned to Tython and made the world a living home, school, archive, and place of service without restoring the planet to its former position as the unquestioned institutional center of the entire Order.

Jedi Master Jasmin Dawnseer never became a resident of the present enclave: she died during the 3630 BBY Ord Mantell crisis.

Her influence nevertheless remains unusually visible there.

Surviving records, humanitarian teachings, remembrance material, later historical reconstruction, and the continuing custodianship of JRS-4 give the enclave an important role in preserving what remains of Dawnseer's work. Amara and Kleya Noxstar each possess personal and instructional connections to that legacy, but neither sister owns it or possesses exclusive authority to determine what Dawnseer intended.

The enclave consequently provides a setting in which remembrance and evidence can coexist without being confused. Jasmin may be honored as a teacher and humanitarian while her surviving records are still questioned, authenticated, compared, restricted, or interpreted differently when the evidence requires it.

The enclave works best as a recurring setting when ordinary Jedi life and continuing responsibility overlap. A scene does not need to involve a galactic emergency or ancient Force mystery simply because it occurs on Tython.

• Master–Padawan instruction, readiness exercises, advancement preparation, or disagreement over what a student still needs to learn.

• Humanitarian mission preparation, evacuation planning, relief coordination, return from deployment, or review of a response whose consequences remain uncertain.

• A visiting Jedi, scholar, archivist, Republic liaison, technician, humanitarian worker, courier, witness, or specialist arriving for legitimate institutional business.

• Authentication or comparison of records whose provenance can be established more easily than their meaning.

• A request to inspect protected material that the requesting character has good reason to need but no automatic right to receive.

• Consultation involving Dawnseer material, Ord Mantell testimony, Grey Ledger evidence, or another historical question whose records remain incomplete or divided among several custodians.

• Maintenance or preservation work involving JRS-4 where technical intervention must account for the importance of the original unit's accumulated memory.

• Mediation between people who agree on the importance of civilian protection but disagree about timing, acceptable risk, evidence, authority, or intervention.

• Quiet scenes between missions: meals, study, training, personal conversations, mentorship, remembrance, recovery, or the consequences of something that happened elsewhere.

• A failure of security, communication, equipment, authorization, recordkeeping, or institutional coordination that creates a problem without requiring the enclave itself to become a battlefield.

• Amara Noxstar — Jedi Master based primarily at the enclave; instructor to Mathius Harper; humanitarian crisis responder and authorized historical-record specialist whose work connects the enclave to Dawnseer preservation and the Ord Mantell review.

• Kleya Noxstar — Jedi Master, mediator, teacher, and master of Mathar Seer whose responsibilities include humanitarian service, historical reconstruction, archive governance, and institutional review.

• Mathius Harper — resident Padawan under Amara whose training emphasizes defensive service, civilian protection, humanitarian work, and judgment when circumstances no longer permit indefinite delay.

• Mathar Seer — resident Padawan under Kleya and supervised historical analyst whose work centers on provenance, documentary comparison, mediation support, and responsible judgment under uncertainty.

• JRS-4 — humanitarian-response droid based principally at the enclave under a Republic–Jedi protective-custody and service arrangement; historical witness and technical custodian of significant surviving Dawnseer material.

• Jasmin Dawnseer — deceased Jedi Master whose surviving records, humanitarian teachings, remembrance, and unresolved death remain important parts of the enclave's archival and historical life.
