A sealed Imperial inquiry examines conflicting records held by Imperial institutions, House Vashara, and Czerka. Investigators must distinguish incomplete information, damaged evidence, compartmentalization, and administrative failures from possible falsification, compromised authority, contamination, or concealment. Similar discrepancies may have different causes.
The inquiry connects with Grey Ledger and Meridian Recovery, but those connections do not expand its authority or open protected records. Follow the mission record for its investigative scope, evidence under review, and possible ways to become involved.

Czerka is assessing whether RX-4’s departures from standard casualty-assessment models reflect useful experience, operational bias, technical drift, or a combination of these. RX-4 remains deployable, allowing field assignments to provide further evidence about its disputed judgments.
The review must consider what memory, telemetry, and learned associations need preservation before irreversible intervention. A destructive reset is not a predetermined outcome. The review contributes to Meridian Recovery and intersects Grey Ledger through questions about evidence preservation and reliability.

Joining an Active Mission
Read the mission’s Participation field and Ways Into the Mission section before proposing involvement. Limited participation means an opening may depend on access, timing, responsibilities, relationships, or expertise. Coordinate with the relevant players so that the connection fits established events.
Mission records inform players. Reading about a sealed investigation, restricted evidence, or private findings does not give a character that knowledge or permission to access it. Establish a believable route to the information your character uses.
