A sealed Imperial special-writ investigation is examining records, testimony, procurement activity, archival custody, freight movements, and Meridian-linked evidence that no longer reconcile cleanly.
Participation is limited, but characters do not need to join the principal investigative team. A believable entry point might come through evidence custody, witness testimony, archival or technical work, procurement or freight records, security responsibilities, institutional access, or a dispute over whether the investigators actually possess authority to pursue a particular lead.

Czerka is reviewing whether RX-4's accumulated operational experience represents useful learned judgment, unacceptable bias, technical drift, or some combination of those conditions—and what evidence or developed continuity must be preserved before any irreversible intervention is considered.
Participation is limited, with possible entry points for characters who can examine the droid, evaluate earlier casualty cases, participate in legitimate recovery operations, preserve disputed telemetry, review technical or institutional decisions, or bring an outside claim to evidence connected with the investigation.

Open — Additional characters are welcome when they have a believable way to become involved.Limited — Additional involvement may still be possible, but it depends on the character, access, timing, current participants, and the circumstances of the story.

Start with one connection that already makes sense for your character. They might know a participant, possess relevant information, work in an affected profession or organization, control something the mission needs, have their own interest in the problem, or become involved because the developing situation reaches them directly.
Mission records are player-facing references. Reading about classified evidence, a private investigation, restricted technical findings, or another non-public circumstance does not automatically give a character that information in-character.
