Overview
Maxir Korden is an Imperial Army captain in the Sith Empire and the provisional commanding officer of Delta Response & Enforcement Company, a Korriban-based formation within the 2nd Containment Battalion. His company conducts Army-administered patrols, checkpoint security, convoy protection, route control, rapid response, and external containment through the conventional military network surrounding Korriban.
His command remains operational but insecure. In 3622 BBY, Maxir exceeded the engagement authority available to him under an inadequately bounded contingency order before obtaining required confirmation. The resulting action contributed to preventable casualties and brought formal censure, promotion restrictions, tighter limits on unilateral escalation and designated heavy-weapons employment, additional oversight, and provisional retention of his company command. During his youth, uncertain indications led the family to consider the possibility that he might possess Force sensitivity sufficient for a Sith future. No established Force training followed from those expectations. A later formal assessment found no reliable, actionable, or trainable sensitivity sufficient to support that path, ending practical consideration of entry into the Korriban Academy or an acolyte program.
Maxir was sixteen when Ziost was devastated in 3636 BBY. He survived because he was offworld with his parents.
