Tille Continuity Annex

The Tille Continuity Annex is the shared home of cousins Raeya Tille and Kylia Tille, the civic-continuity droid AC-7, and their tooka companions, Trellis and Cipher. Located on Odessen within the wider Alliance Base environment, it brings family life together with preservation work and carefully bounded archival consultation.

The annex is the principal meeting place of the Tille Legacy Continuity Network, the family’s informal connection for preserving and interpreting its history. The work draws together surviving accounts, personal records, reference material, and permitted copies. Questions about what happened can remain open even when the documents themselves have been authenticated.

Raeya and Kylia approach those questions through different professional experience. Raeya examines the authority behind decisions and whether the evidence justifies a proposed response. Kylia follows how records were preserved, restored, and transferred. Their collaboration benefits from those differences without making either cousin responsible for the other’s conclusions.

AC-7 contributes archival comparison while participating in the household’s everyday life. Its accumulated experience matters alongside the documents it preserves. Maintenance therefore involves care for a continuing individual as well as dependable equipment.

Entry requires permission suited to the visit. Household hospitality, a repair assignment, and an archival consultation create different reasons to be present. Access to a shared room does not extend automatically to private quarters, systems, or protected holdings.

The residents’ professional responsibilities remain limited by their assignments. Raeya’s findings are advisory; Kylia’s coordination work does not give her command over outside institutions. Matters involving their own conduct or shared history may require another authorized reviewer.

Authenticated systems, protected storage, handling records, and local access controls support the annex’s security. These safeguards operate within Odessen’s wider security environment and remain vulnerable to faults, compromised credentials, or disputed instructions.

Custody & Records

Permission to compare evidence is distinct from permission to copy, disclose, transfer, or retain it. A visiting custodian may permit a specific examination while keeping responsibility for the original material. Delivery to the annex does not itself change ownership.

The household’s later Alliance life followed the cousins’ escape from Zakuul during Dragon’s Maw Extraction in later 3630 BBY. Their arrival involved monitored intake and review, followed by restricted consultation and progressively broader civilian responsibilities. The annex provides a continuing home for the family life that developed through that transition; the extraction date does not establish when the residence was acquired or occupied.

In 3629 BBY, Kylia authenticated AC-7’s continuity credentials and recommended its supervised transfer into Alliance service. Their subsequent partnership connected archival preservation with practical questions about supervision, memory, and independent judgment.

In 3622 BBY, the cousins helped authenticate and integrate fragmented Overwatch material. Raeya concentrated on authority and justification, while Kylia examined systems context, restoration history, and custody. Their complementary experience informs the work associated with the household, without establishing that the entire reconstruction occurred at the annex.

Their present assignments intersect Grey Ledger, an investigation involving contradictions among separately preserved records. Authorized comparisons may connect the household to that work, but neither the residence nor its occupants hold the complete investigation. Apparent connections still require corroboration, and a genuine document may preserve an inaccurate account.

A visit can begin with a personal invitation, specialist assistance, a delivery, or a narrowly agreed comparison. Characters need a believable reason to enter, but neither Alliance rank nor campaign involvement is necessary for a meaningful scene.
